How we handle your details
This page explains what happens to the information you send to Through Describe Studio through this website.
Who we are
Through Describe Studio is an audio description practice based in London. For anything about your data, email studio@throughdescribe.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, organisation (optional), the type of project and a message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you put in that email.
The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to carry out the job. We don't add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone else for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms receives the enquiry form and forwards it to the studio inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and, like any web host, processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email studio@throughdescribe.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
